I've never seen a hotel so hard to get to. The signage is poor, it's behind a big truck stop, and it's hard to know how to get into. Once there, it's fine, but they should consider better street signage for first-timers like me.

The Holiday Inn in Prosser is a very nice facility. It looks new and clean. The breakfast is complimentary and the food is good. The room we stayed was spacious. The location is just out of the highway and to get to the entrance you need to drive through the Loves gas station.

We came for the balloon rally and we were pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel is. They keep it immaculate! It is very centrally located to the activities. Staff were very friendly.

We enjoyed the layout of the room. Everything was clean and the breakfast was good. The only glitch was that the keycard stopped working after the first day and had to get a replacement.

I just needed a clean, quiet place to sleep after a long drive. Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Prosser fit the bill. They also provided a decent breakfast buffet.
