Amazing staff!!!!
I stayed for two nights while in the area visiting family. On my first night, the people in the adjoining room were very loud and disruptive into the early morning. I eventually called the front desk and spoke to Pam about the loud guests. She immediately contacted the guests and was able to get them to quiet down.
The next morning I spoke to Pam and Darcy at the front desk. I thanked Pam for her efforts and asked if I could change rooms to avoid a repeat of the prior night. Darcy was kind enough to provide me with a new room while Pam provided me with a breakfast voucher for my inconvenience.
Their responsive and polite response showed me that they truly cared about their guests and wanted to ensure that I felt like my concerns were heard. They are spectacular employees and I will now make this my hotel of choice when I am visiting family!
There was also an amazing gentleman working the breakfast service. He was working alone on the floor and made every effort to speak to all guests while providing quick food delivery. There were several families attending a polo event in East Providence. He asked about the event, and spoke to each family. He genuinely seemed to care about their stay and was curious about their trip. He noticed my baseball cap and asked me if I was a fan of the Patriots. We spoke for a few minutes about the team while I paid my bill. He did an impressive job for while working alone on the floor and still providing excellent customer service.
