By far, the BIGGEST problem with this property was that the hot water was barely above lukewarm. Fortunately, this was still in the fall, not winter. They tried to adjust it, but it made no difference. The water on the sink faucets was also about the same temperature. This means their system doesn't work and you are going to experience the same thing.
The hotel should give clear instructions on how one first drives in, because access is controlled by a parking gate. You have to get a parking ticket to get to the entrance. We didn't know that and fumbled around for a while. Also Uber/Lyft drivers don't know that they can take that ticket and NOT have to pay if they exit within 15 minutes. You typically have to get in/out outside the parking area. This was a bit scary after dark, since the property is fairly isolated and the place where you wait isn't well lit.
On the plus side, the staff were absolutely great and were helpful. Besides, they did dispatch someone to try to fix the hot water problem and the person left a note on what was done - way better than a typical hotel response.
