The location was convenient to the freeway. The area was quiet and safe. The room was run down. The wall paper was peeling, the bar of the toilet was dirty, the bed was bad. The bed was completely sunk-in were people had slept. The hole was so deep that I put a pillow in it. The mattress topper was pushed to the foot of the bed. So it felt like I was on a board. The breakfast was good.

I would not stay here again
Overnight front desk woman was not helpful or kind. I had called late as the fridge wasn’t cold and I had food in it for parents weekend for our son at college. I asked her if I should turn it to right or left since there was no numbers indicating cold or coldest. She was rude, pretty much told me she didn’t know the answer and didn’t care to even try to get the answer. No offer of solution and not even an apology, just rude snippy half answers. I won’t stay here again. Beds aren’t comfy, our room was facing the parking lot, where people smoked at all hours of the night and you could hear them talking and being loud. Wall was stained with god knows what brown looking fluid and carpet had red stain by coffee bar. Don’t waste the money, spend a little more and stay at a Marriott or Hilton. Very disappointed.

The property is old and needs refurbishing. Peeling wallpaper, rusty door hinges, broken outlets, bent shower rod, stained and patched carpet. Our room was next to a family living in the hotel long term who propped open the doors to their adjoining rooms. We heard constant noises from their kids in the hall and slamming doors. The front desk confirmed several families lived in this hotel. They only had one pillow for our teenage daughters pull away bed, out of a hotel with over 100 rooms. Very frustrating and unenjoyable stay

One of the worst Holiday Inn’s I’ve ever stayed at. Swear they bought an old hotel and slapped their name on. Bed was indented on one side where everyone slept. Mattress was brutal. Floors and ceilings so thin you hear people walking above you or down the hall. Rooms poorly cleaned. Cobwebs, coffee pods looked like they had been punctured already. Just all around bad. Would never stay hear or recommend to anyone to stay here.
