The hotel and staff were friendly, clean and comfortable. Paul and Tammy were very informative and friendly. I will definitely stay here for all future travel to the Providence area. Highly recommend.

Quiet and clean. Pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite on check in. Hot healthy breakfast included. My husband enjoyed the workout area and pool. Would return if back in the area.

This property was very nice. Second time staying here. The staff was amazing. The front desk staff was very friendly. Paul in particular remembered us from check-in on our first night. When we came back in the afternoon after being out all day he asked us by name how our day had been at our event. He also recommended activates taking place in Providence. In all my travels I have never had a front desk staff member that friendly or outgoing.

The hotel was AMAZING! Paul earned rave reviews from us for his OUTSTANDING customer service and restaurant recommendations. The hotel is convenient to the airport, clean, has a pool, exercise room and great breakfast. Our room was cleaned daily and we had everything we needed. Close to Providence sights. Very nice hotel walkable to airport. We had a very early flight. We walked out the back door,took an elevator to third floor of parking garage and walked the skyway to the airport. Super convenient. also, rental cars were in same parking garage so it was convenient to return car after checking into hotel. People at front desk were very helpful.
