Double booked the room which resulted in a 1am fiasco with someone trying to get in and call from the desk. Should not be difficult to know which rooms are already occupied. Not a restful stay.

Everything was good and as expected for a budget hotel, except the bed. It was the worst hotel mattress that I have attempted to sleep on. It had zero bounce and felt like a wooden box with a sheet on it. Everyone in our group slept terribly because of it & we were all in need of back pain killers in the morning.
