Over nighter

Front desk was hospitable and informative. Bed was “ok comfy”, but that is where the positives stop. Hotel is outdated and definitely needs some improvements and upkeep. Carpet all over is really old and dirty. Public areas had a bit of a musty smell. Our room was not good. The sink didn’t drain and was dirty. Overall condition was subpar.

Decent for overnight trip

Check in was very good. Front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The property definitely needs some improvement. Carpets are worn, outdated and looks dirty. Room was ok for the price, but nothing special. Housekeeping needs retraining as there was litter around the room and bathroom loud have been more presentable.

The night desk person was very good, nice and polite. The room was good, clean and comfortable. The BIG problem was that nowhere on Expedia or on the reservation form did it say "NO PETS ALLOWED". If I had known that, i would have gone elsewhere. I don't mind paying extra for my small, very well behaved dog, but to make a non-refundable reservation and to see when I arrive at the front door to see a big sign that says "NO PETS ALLOWED" is rude and borders on false advertising. Fortunately it was warm enough for my dog to sleep in the car, but I was worried about him all night and was not happy that their no pet policy was not made clear up front.

I would have given the Hotel excellent on facilities excellent except for not being able to get a wakeup call they said their system most time does not work, the TV remote was dead and would not allow me to watch TV, and the shower was only warm not hot. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the room was a great value for the money. It is to bad that the big things were great but the little things above were not.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room has a kitchen in it. Loved the choice to stay in and save money on extra meals. Breakfast was ok. Waffles, oatmeal and some fruit. My daughter stayed here for the month while waiting to get into student apartments. Work great for the location and price.
