The clerk was sloppily dressed. Shirt half tucked in, collar floppy. The place was nasty, the pool and hot tub did not work. I was not a happy camper.

The hotel smell like mildew and we had a water leak in our room that flooded five or six feet into the room. Place was completely filthy the pool was not in service which was not listed on their website. Overall a horrible place to stay.

I needed a bed and this place provided it. The only “issue” was the side door that was barely 10 feet from my room. My key card wouldn’t work. It was only mildly inconvenient.

Filthy property. We were there for 5 days. The hallway and stairs landings were never vacuumed. The floors in the elevator and entry spread were never mopped. Filthy drips everywhere. Looks like the floor of a crack house. We wore shoes at all times in the room. Don’t walk barefoot. Bathroom floor was sticky. No stopper in drain. Hope you don’t drop your earrings or ring. They will be gone forever. The front desk guy was rude when we called down to request more towels. The hallways smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. So so gross. There are 3 floors. Ice makers on 1st and 3rd floors are broken so you have to go to second floor for ice. Really feels like this place is being run into the ground. You really don’t want to touch anything. It’s all gross and not being maintained.

It was almost a good weekend. Our last night our toilet overflowed. Front desk clerk brought a window squeegee and some towels. Continued overflowing for 15 minutes and they came back because it leaked down stairs into another room or rooms. Didn't offer to move us or a partial refund if they could. We left and they were nice as we were leaving.

We booked our stay through Expedia. After being there for about an hour, we found a bedbug in our room. We called the front desk and the clerk apologized. We packed up our stuff and went to the front desk for a refund. We were told he couldn’t refund and we would need to talk to the owner the next day. We called and talked to the owner the following morning and he said he couldn’t refund because we booked through Expedia. He said we needed to contact them for a refund. After several attempts by Expedia to get a refund the owner denied it. Very disappointing and very poor customer service. DO NOT stay at the Quality Inn in Pryor, Ok!

Front entrance really needed attention. It was dirty. Lady at the front desk was very nice. The room was perfectly clean & nice. From about 11:30 pm till 2:30 am. I had someone knocking on my door all night.

Room had not been cleaned, only the bed was made. Ref stunk, mw was dirty along with the toilet and shower! Pill left on cabinet and clothes in closet. CSR tried to get my CC# even though I paid through Expedia. Tiny parking lot, had to park next door.

The breakfast lady was nice but the room was disgusting, cleaning service was horrible, they turned down the bed and remade it, but left the filthy sheets and pillow cases, took my towels and left one, no wash cloth, left a soaked small rag on side of tub, suffice to say I will never stay there again.......

I did like the breakfast, I did not like waking up at 3AM with my hand itching from something that bit me while I was sleeping, had to go to urgent care then pay out of my own pocket for antibiotics from the swelling and pain the bite caused.

Disaster
The room smelled of cigarettes. No gravy for the biscuits and gravy. 11pm the noise thru the roof. Kids screaming. Dogs barking. People going in and out. The bed was lumpy. The day we checked out Debbie was the highlight of our trip. She was the only one that was very nice. We really liked her.
