The front desk staff is very friendly , rooms are small but a great view of the atlixco town. Just as suggestion they should have soundproof in the room , because we hard some of the guest noise in the early morning .

No o entiendo como un hotel así puede estar aquí!
El hotel está bien ubicado pero lo tienen en condiciones terribles. No tengo nada contra los gatos pero no es para tenerlos en un hotel, andan por todos lados, en las noches se pelean, no dejan dormir y todo el lugar huele a orines de gato. La alberca que se anuncia tiene el agua mas verde que Xochimilco, la resbaladilla del jardín está en pedazos y siempre hay gatos en ella, los pasillos parecen bodega el baño no tenía coladera, las llaves de la regadera se caían solas, la puerta no cerraba, tampoco había mosquiteros y en el cuarto la última noche nos salió una cucaracha. Todos los días era ir a pedir de favor que pusieran agua caliente pues nunca funcionó por si solo. Los cuartos tampoco tienen ventilador mucho menos aire acondicionado por lo que si abres la ventana en la noche te llenas de mosquitos. Ojalá me pudieran contactar para enviar fotos ya que la aplicación no se por qué no me lo permite.

Tiene mucho para ser un mejor hotel, falta administración , se ve sucio, muy descuidado, la alberca muy sucia, muebles viejos abandonados, los de la administración se ve q viven enfrente y les dieron trabajo, no saben de atención al cliente, espero mejoren valdría la pena. Muchos gatos en el Hotel, yo soy alérgico al pelo de gatos y perros, el Baño sin cortina ni cancel, al bañarte, se mojaba la taza y todo el piso de baño, la puerta con ventana y sin cortina y entraba mucha luz por la noche, pero lo peor es la falta de atención del señor de recepción, siempre andaba de caras y te atendía de mala forma.

Muy desilusionada
No fue nada agradable llegar y ni un papel higienico te pongan en el baño, minimo ya que uno llega queriendose lavar las manos y ni un jabon pequeño. Ademas el agua caliente no es de 24 horas, tiene que decirle que te vas a bañar para que te pongan el caliente. Se salio todo el agua a lugar donde estaba la cama porque el sistema de desagüe tiene bajada hacia la habitación. La alberca toda sucia muy mal.no lo recomendaria.
