Very well located. Walking distance to main plaza and restaurants. The property looks good on the outside but the rooms and the elevator are very dated. If you are looking for good location and you are not very picky this is a good place

Excelente ubicación, se puede caminar para conocer el centro de Puebla. La atencion muy buena, limpieza y camas bien, el desayuno muy rico y con suficientes opciones (buffet). Tiene estacionamiento a buen precio. Hicimos check out y sin problema nos resguardaron las maletas unas horas.

NH in Decay
Terrible condition. Now I know why it was $47 per night. Dust EVERYWHERE, horrible sulphate smell in the towels and in the bathroom, badly corroded fixutures. Massive dead plants in the lobby. Cheap laminate floors with even cheaper sound proofing pads (o none at all). Would have rathered stayed at any of the actually cheap hotels that are perhaps dates, but not without charm and definitely clean!
