El desayuno continental de muy mala calidad, la atención del personal del restaurante pésima, solo tenían un plato con tres pedazos de queso y dos rebanadas de jamón, en la mesa caliente había uno hotcakes secos y huevo con una apariencia poco deseable, al comentarle al mesero de lo lastimoso de los alimentos nos dijo que se podían solicitar huevos y quesadillas. Se escuchaban comentarios en las otras mesas de la mala calidad en los alimentos y de lo mal atendido. Lo anuncian como un hotel 5 estrellas, las instalaciones se encuentran en buen estado, pienso que siendo amables sería un hotel de tres estrellas y media

Muy bien ubicado, a pocos metros del zocalo. El servicio del personal es excelente, tanto en recepción, la limpieza de las habitaciones, el restaurante, el almuerzo bastante bueno. En si una buena opcion para hospedarse en el centro de Puebla.

Que por se expedía nos mandaron a un cuarto mi cerrado con 4 paredes a un cubo sin salida. Ni se vale por que gracias a expedía y redes turísticas ustedes hoteles se mantienen en pie así que que para la próxima tómele en cuenta bien que expedía debe ser atendidos sus huéspedes.

Vale pela localização, mas poderia ser melhor
Localização excelente, perto das principais atrações históricas e turísticas. Atendimento muito bom. Café da manhã é bem servido. Mas pelo preço e público-alvo, poderia ser melhor. O quarto é estilo minimalista e peca por faltar ganchos para dependurar toalhas, não ter secador de cabelo e ter um ar-condicionado velho e barulhento. No dia que cheguei estava tendo uma festa de bodas no restaurante. Por conta disso, o acesso ao lobby do elevador estava interditado, fazendo com que tivesse que subir dois andares de escada para pegar o elevador mais acima. Não acho adequado penalizar hóspedes por conta de uma festa.
