One of the best..
The staff was amazing, very friendly and welcoming! All the services you need to enjoy your stay. It felt like home! The entire proof was clean and well maintained. I'd definitely recommend and I look forwand to my next stay!

I was booked into room 223 the key didn’t work I had to go to the front desk 3 times before they switched me to a different room 114 it seemed cleaned but the tv didn’t work I had to call the front desk and ask them to fix it .. and as I was laying on the bed I see a bed bug crawling next to me I immediately got up so I informed the front desk that I would like a refund or a room change I waited a few because she didn’t know she could switch me rooms and she was able to overall I wouldn’t stay here again just because the room keys don’t work half the time and the bed bug experience I couldn’t sleep well

If I need JUST fluffy towels, this is the place :(
The lady checking us in did not have a good attitude at all. Thought maybe she was having a bad day, let it slide. Then the following morning, next day afternoon and check out, not a friendly face in sight on staff. The beds are comfortable and the towels were amazing! The shower was not comfortable, no water pressure. The wall art that the tv was on was very clearly in need of repair.

Stayed 2 nights, had to call credit card and have it shut off as the hotel kept charging on it. Even after card was shut off, they still tried to charge 2 more additional times. Front desk nor IT could explain why they kept charging. Eventually, after a week, the extra charges were returned. Tried calling a lady that answered the phone, who claimed to be a manager, wouldn’t give her name and was very rude. There was signs all over like you was in 1st grade… example, don’t feel your cooler from ice machine, don’t take breakfast food from the breakfast area. Breakfast was hardly anything. Train is terrible, when asked how bad it was at check in, lady at desk played dumb and said she wasn’t sure, but next sentence was there’s earplugs in your room. Asked for an extra pillow, was told they had none. Do not recommend this hotel at all.

I had reserved a room with a King size bed. I had called ahead and notified that I would be late checking in, and when I arrived, I was told they had overbooked and was Given a room with a double bed on the third floor. The man at the desk took 20 minutes to check me in and seem very disorganized.
