Was nice. This was our 4th stay,and sadly not sure if we eill return. Front desk check in staff not helpful or personable. We received a "free "upgrade to privilege due to an iffy experience in 2020, they were great in honoring it but didnt want togive us the amenities that came with it we had spent our first day at the desk qith issue after issue. Our room key only worked every other time. Weended up having to get new bands after the 5th time going to reprogrammed. We got a room in building 2 when we were originally told wed be in villa 7. Was not able to log into the link to reserve dinners, lots of people had same issues. So we ended up eating off resort more the at because we couldn't get any reservations, had to go to guest services to book. Wed get there at 8 am and theyd tell us there was nothing available for dinners. They were kind to us and let us paycash as we were not told we had to use a credit card, then we had issues with them accepting and cash that had a defect at all, it had to be perfect or they would not take. The bartenders and oyther employees were great and even manager was ok as he worked with us about paying. . They need all new front desk guest service staff
