The Kabaña we stayed in was just constructed. It is a beautiful space. The shower is fantastic. The bed is ultra comfortable. As with all new construction, there are details that need to be addressed such as open gaps that allow mosquitoes in. A net over the bed would help. We stayed for 6 nights.
We also stayed in the main building for 2 nights. It is dated but we would book the main hotel building for future stays. Both rooms were kept very clean. The location of this hotel cannot be beat. The free use of sun beds is a huge plus.
The Kabaña rooms are on the same property as the Hotel and Beach Club Ojo de Agua. Google Earth has it marked incorrectly.
This hotel is bare bones. Bring your own drinking glasses and hangers if you need them.
