I have been to many resorts in the DR and this one has been my less favorite. They could have more umbrellas in the pool area. 1 bar to service all in the pool area with limited staffing. Back of the bar should be used as a pool bar which is a missed opportunity. The disco, if you want to call it that is very small and it was very hot in there. AC not working properly. Overall amenities are minimal. The Arcade is not included. They have only 1 shop here. The main dinning area is very hot and could use additional fans. Also limited staffing to service with drinks. The food I can say was good. Only 3 featured restaurants of which on Sunday only 1 is open for service. Room fridge just somewhat cool. AC could be colder. No option to bring ice to room.

It was a group of 10. We each had an issue with our rooms from the a.c not working, no hot water, my room got flooded n they just put towels in front of sliders the light in the bathroom was leaking. Staff was not responsive, no ATM, bar tender in club completely ignored us, the ceilings were leaking over us as we ate. We let staff know and where told to move but the icing that took the cake was having to wait till 7 for my room only to find dirty towels still on the floor in the bathroom and the bed linen were never changed. And the drinks are the worst. The list goes on and on never ever again

We had the swim out pool and loved it. The food was great. The only complaint was staff. Many were pleasant- others gave a vibe of not wanting to be there and like I was bothering them. Guess can’t win them all. But overall the experience was good.

The beach is amazing, the Italian restaurant was great at the buffet the food was great and we find Roberto to be the most a tentative person in the buffet area he will go to get your latte next door and more 👍 The room need work we had two rooms and not satisfied with them, the property is beautiful but needs better management.

We stayed at this property for 1 night. When we checked in we were told that the property had three a la carta restaurants and that we needed reservations for dinner. I attempted to make reservations and I was told reservations were not available and only one of the three restaurants was open. I checked in at 12 pm they charge me a fee for checking in early but didn’t bother to make sure i had dinner reservations. After going into our room we had no running water for about 30 min. After requesting a late check out i was also charge another even after going through the previous problems. Bad service wouldn’t recommend to any customer.
