Save you money.
I complained 4 days about the A/C unit not working in my room and was told it would be fixed or that I was going to be transferred to another room. That never happened you have to make a reservation to eat at the restaurants on site. Not that great when you leave your phone on an Uber , had to settle for the buffet which had the same food everyday. The Bar personnel was great but other than that Its a waste of money. I don't recommend.

Very small area, you do get access the other side of the property which is nice, but sort of inconvenient to get there, you have to do reservations first thing in the morning to eat at the restaurants, the buffet is small so you wait in line to just get a seat for at least 30 mins, the rooms were not every nice and had a broken shower door, rooms were hot and muggy most of the time, drinks were very watered down which ik is expected at an all inclusive but i’ve never had an experience like this one unfortunately:/ the staff was overall very nice and did what they could to help.

No AC... It took us 4 rooms to accomodate us a total of 3 days wasted out of our 7 days vacations, going back and forth with our baggage... Food is horrible... And NO Wi-Fi services, it smell like mold... Not recommended at all!... Pictures and descriptions does NOT matches the actual hotel at all!...

This was the worst property that i’ve stayed at in Mexico. Our room had no AC for three days and the guy at the front, Eric, told me that the whole hotel didn’t have it. Found out later that he lied and rooms did have it. Had a hair dryer blow up in my hand and burn me. Us lose power to our room. Once our room was switched the night before we left because we couldn’t sleep another night in a 30 degree room, the room was filled with mold. Mold was literally making photos bulge out of their frames, the wall was clearly affected and the source was an uncovered access point outside that was disgusting! I would never recommend this hotel to literally anyone. Not to mention, we heard from another couple that they had to fight tooth and nail for a refund, so we did not even bother because it was our honeymoon and it was already ruined because of the terrible hotel and service. Listen to the reviews and don’t come here. It’s not worth the money.
