Amazing stay except for leafblowers + thin walls

Beautiful hotel territory, very lush green trees around and lots of nice pools and even a lazy river which was super fun. Service was top notch, all servers around the property (pool guys bringing drinks, and in the restaurants). Great taco and quesadilla station. My only gripes and reasons for giving this hotel 4-stars instead of 5 was because they have maimtenance staff use gas powered leaf blowers in the middle of the day very close to the pool, which was extremely annoying as we would be poolside relaxing, then all of a sudden between the hours of 11am-4pm you'd hear loud leafblowers being used, and you could smell the gas from the engine. Second, the walls between rooms are very thin and so on you can hear your neighbors simply having conversations, so not good there. Other than that, a great overall all inclusive experience.

Booked for a family of 4 in Feb 2025. This is a really unique hotel because it is not a beachfront hotel, rather it is a mountain/hillside hotel. This hotel is about a 25 minute ride from the PVR airport. Unfortunately we were a group of 7 people and paid 120USD from the airport to the hotel, then going back from the hotel to the airport we paid 55USD. We were not aware of an airport shuttle being available. Stayed in a room in tower 5 then changed to a room in tower 3. The resort is entirely walkable. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes to walk from the lobby to the furthest tower, tower 3. There is a gym, spa, 1 japanese restaurant, 1 buffet, 3 bars, 1 small poolside grill/restaurant, 1 taco truck. The number of pools is too many to count. There is a lazy river (very slow moving), kids waterslide, kids splash park. There are no swim up bars. The hotel has a private beach and a free shuttle every 30 minutes to take you to their private beach. The shuttle takes 11 minutes to go to the beach. There is a restaurant at the beach, showers and towels at the private beach. Tower 5 rooms are newer than tower 3 and 4 rooms. In the older rooms, there are signs of wear and tear and some moulds in the corners of the rooms and showers. We personally didnt have any problems with that. The staff are all really friendly and speak English well. The staff are always willing to help, night and day. I wish this resort had a kids club and at least one more restaurant. Otherwise this is a great resor

We love how relax we were in this place. Room was great, clean and a lot of space for the four of us. Food was delicious. Love the buffalo cauliflower. The cocktails were nicely made and delicious. They had a lot of activities for the kids and parents. Thank you Edith and the team for all the fun activities. All employees look happy and always really helpful.

Staff and cleanliness was incredible. Even though it’s a newer hotel, it seems a little dated. And lack of places to eat is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. Only a tepan place and one buffet. And it seems that just about everything is closed down by 9:00. But the beach club and everything else was pretty amazing. Love that it has more of a jungle vibe rather than beachfront which is different for us. Would definitely consider going back.

Actually composing a review because I went down the same rabbit hole you are doing right now. Noticed a lot of 10 out of 10’s when doing our research, then looked at all the bad reviews and started to question whether or not we should go here (as those reviews were obviously drastically different). After a week spent, I can tell you that (as far as all-inclusives go) this place is awesome. It’s not a big party scene, you don’t get those super cheesy entertainment dances every night, but it’s high-quality, the food is actually good, and the pools are amazing. Most of them are heated, which is surprisingly needed this time of year (winter 2025) And the staff are top notch. Likely due to it being a Delta Marriott, they must have specific standards they need to meet. It is the perfect all inclusive resort if you are wanting to unwind, relax, and spend a week by pools and a mellow beach.

This is such an awesome stay. Everyone works here are super friendly and approachable. Plus, they seem to be happy working there. I would give all the employees there 10 stars if I can. The room is spacious and the pool is warm. There are different food options but the buffet menu doesn't really change. Overall still good food and you will definitely be fed well.
