This was a step down from what I experienced in Cancun but I was told that is too be expected. Staff was great. Food was good but they did close some of the restaurants for dinner. One was about to be remodeled and others were closed because there weren't enough guests to justify keeping them all open. I am luck that this only happened on my last day. I would recommend this hotel if you understand that resorts in this location are not as luxurious as the equivalent resort in Cancun.

Clean, helpful staff great food however that booking restaurants is not effective.. we were only able to book the Italian which was out of this world when it came to the quality of food.. They over delivered on the taste and service!

We had a great stay at the resort for 4 days and were there for a wedding. It was a very comfortable room, nice view of the ocean and the pool and beach were never too busy. We enjoyed the staff very much as well.

We have stayed here several times. The food qualoty has gone down and the service poolside is much worse. There wefe no smaller rooms available so we stayed on the 14th floor. There were two showers, and one didnt get warm. No bathtub as featured in photos. Also they dont tell you if you book a night where there is a wedding or a conference, lots of places are closed and you arent allowed to go. This will be our last stay here. Especially considering the price and the food quality. The steakhouse was terrible. Room service said 1 hour and took 3 hours. Also there were nosquitos EVERYWHERE. We have probably stayed here 6 or seven times since we visit often. Its been going down hill since. Our room was almost $1k per night and amenities were cut off. We will be finding another place to spend our money. Half of the stiff advertized doesnt happen when there is a conference or wedding. Very disappointing

Loved our stay here, we loved that they had areas that were ADULTS ONLY… the only thing we did not like about this hotel, is that the majority of the restaurants require a reservation and they must be made the day before at 5pm… being on vacation, the last thing we want to worry about is booking dinner reservation at an all inclusive resort. Besides that we had a great stay.

As soon as we arrived to Hilton we were greeted and guided towards check in. The check in process was fast and easy. Getting around the hotel was a piece of cake. The beach view is beyond beautiful. Food, room and overall experience was great. Will definitely one back again.
