Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like rockstars. The attention to detail, warm hospitality, and luxurious amenities truly set this resort apart. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking ocean views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room service was prompt and delightful. Every meal at the resort’s restaurants was a culinary treat. The variety of options—whether at the buffet, fine dining, or casual spots—ensured we were always satisfied, and the flavors were impeccable. The entertainment team—Kevin, Reed, Georgia, Ashley, and Michelle—truly brought the fun and energy to our stay! Their enthusiasm and creativity made every activity and show unforgettable. Whether it was games by the pool or exciting evening performances, they always kept us engaged and entertained. The poolside service was incredible, thanks to Oscar and Alan, who made sure we always had refreshing drinks and snacks while we lounged. The Hotel Manager, Viking, was always present and approachable, ensuring every guest had the best possible experience. His leadership and dedication were evident in the way the entire team operated seamlessly. The beach was stunning, with soft sand and crystal-clear water, perfect for lounging or taking a stroll. The pool areas were pristine, and the swim-up bar quickly became one of our favorite spots to relax and cool off.

We stayed for four nights and loved almost everything. The staff all were very respectful and friendly. The food overall was above average. The breakfast options get repetitive after a few nights stay. One thing we did not like is every where was music at night and sounds of music get mixed at different parts of property. Nowhere to walk a baby who is sleeping or someone just wants to walk and relax at night. The shows were limited to rock and pop and could be more diverse for different types of people like showing traditional mexican dance in some nights.

Hotel is very old need lots of upgrades for in pool you can see mold also when you check in staff come ask you to sign in for Legend membership and they will never leave you alone I stayed three nights they asked three times to become a member. Staff is very good in the pool area also all the restaurant they deserve 5 stars. Spa massage is awesome very good professional service. When we checked out again promotional staff came and give you 20 minutes speech to buy your next vacation package. We were there for vacation to relax not get harassed. Yeh also we got stucked in elevator Alford several minutes because of malfunctioning. Overall we enjoyed our stay and also enjoyed beautiful sunset

We had a great time, staff was fun and polite. We always had a drink in our hand and the staff did a great job at keeping the party going. The main pool just got a little busy with kids splashing around the swim up bar. Knocking over drinks and splashing. But that’s not their fault.

I definitely loved, food is very good quality. Outdoor poor areas very nice and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the rooms. Definitely need an update. Also weren’t to clean. Overall, I still highly recommend this place
