Small but clean room. Nothing fancy but definitely a good choice. It would have been nice to have the included breakfast, but they didn't serve it until 8 am...rather late in my opinion. No coffee either.

The toilet didn't flush. That was very unpleasant. We were initially given a room we did not book. After 20 minutes we were given our correct room. The property needs maintenance work.

We were given a very poor room with the window looking out on the air conditioning units. The window was frosted glass and did not lock or close properly. There were no closets and just 1 chair to put our stuff on.. the light bulb in the bathroom was mostly dead and when we pointed it out to the cleaning staff, nothing was done. The breakfast was ok but the same every day. Location was good close to the Malecon. Staff were friendly but when we asked for a laundry place they sent us about 6 blocks walk away and it was closed that day. On the walk back we saw 2 that were closer to the hotel.and open.. the pool was very small and the view looked out at another hotel. Probably wont come back to this hotel. Rooms looked better in pic than in reality. 2 small single beds and a small table between them. Very cramped for 2 people

We appreciated the breakfast offered as a part of the price. The room was more than pleasant enough although the lighting could have been considerably enhanced. We also liked the area as it was close to stores, restaurants and the Malecon.

Great location and decent breakfast. Otherwise, not very clean, old and run down, and had to beg for a blanket. Also, no sound proofing. It did the trick for one night but not a place to hang out.

Comfortable beds. Helpful staff but most didnt speK much English. Good location central to shopping, resturants and close to beach. Rooms on street side of hotel are extremely noisy due to busy road traffic. We requested a move and staff honoured our request and moved us to ocean side of hotel. No views on either side of hotel.. Pool is a bit small and in need of repair. Safe in our room eas broken. We were promised a replacement which didnt happen but we checked out next day so we just put up with it.

I’ll start with the bad. There were no blankets only a sheet on the bed….🙀 went to the front desk and they weren’t able to help me out. 🤔Seriously?? I was so cold in the night I had to run the water till it got hot and warm up. It’s been unusually cool this week in PV so it got pretty chilly at night. Staff are nice, breakfast was good. Pool is small. Location is 2 blocks to Malecon. They provide beach towels and luggage storage which is a real plus.

Don’t expect much

Place is run down and staff isn’t friendly at all. The one star reviews are accurate Great location though if you’re not looking to stay in your hotel. It’s close to the beach and the boardwalk.
