Great food varieties and pleasant staff. Location walking distance to the shopping mall, however far from the city noise. The room service was good, however sometimes happened very late at almost 5 pm which was inconvenient if you needed an extra towel or supplies. Variety of Programs at the pool were offered. The pool that used to be an adult only was converted to a Royal member only so we did not have a permit to access. Overall great experience and would highly recommend. No shuttle buses are offered from the airport

Loved the area..This is a smaller resort but we really loved the place.. Francisco the bartender was on point, the best..A/C from our room was not working properly as my sister in laws room was more cooler than ours.. Restaurants has good variety of food.. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was a quiet resort, good for relaxing. Location was near a small mall to get off the resort for a bit. We didn’t realize 2 of the restaurants men had to wear long pants so we weren’t able to go.

Perfect three night stay in Nuevo Vallarta! The staff was absolutely amazing and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. This property is small and a little older, but the room and grounds were very clean and well cared for. The beach was our favorite amenity with soft white sand and a smooth ocean floor. Would definitely recommend!

We were originally told we would be on the 7th floor with Elite access but we’re told of an upgrade upon check in to a balcony room on the 2nd floor. Didn’t seem like much of an upgrade. We were only able to dine in 1 buffet style restaurant and while there were a number of people with a basic white bracelet that were in royal club pool area, we were the only ones that were told we weren’t allowed in the area and had to move.

The staff were supper friendly across all service lines. I disliked housekeeping constantly blocking the hallways with their cart and having to get their attention to move them. The pool activities offered were fun and got everyone engaged. The dinner options offered at their Italian and Japanese Restaurant were excellent. We all agreed we'd revisit the hotel.

What was supposed to be our relaxing stay after a really tough year, turned out to be the most frustrating vacation I’ve ever been on and a complete waste of money, and was meant to be to celebrate my birthday. After first arriving, the hotel had power outages. While I understand that the infrastructure in the area is less developed, the hotel did not have a back up generator for the rooms, so no air conditioning. The rooms were wet and musty, leaving all our clothes to smell bad for the whole trip. Then after a rainstorm, our room began to flood on the ground level after water came in through the patio doors. We were switched to a new room, but no compensation offered. The new room had broken pieces of decor with rusty nails sticking out and a broken power outlet that pulled out from the wall entirely when you tried to unplug something. Next, my spouse tried to arrange with the front desk to have them bring a little cake from the buffet to the room to try to turn my birthday around after having such a poor experience so far. They agreed to deliver it to the room between 3pm-4pm, and it never arrived. Next, we had maintenance try to enter our room without permission while we were sleeping to fix the “broken window”. We had no clue what they were talking about, but could only assume it was related to our OLD room that had the leaking patio doors. They argued with us for 5 mins before leaving. Finally, we got locked out of our room because the keys stopped working.

Overall a decent stay for the money. Wouldn't stay here again but we tried to focus on the positives. The staff: The Valet staff, Front Desk staff, Bartenders, and Restaurant staff were excellent. Didn't wait long for drinks and they pour generously. All were friendly. The concierge packed knowledge of the facilities and could really only help with dinner reservations. The beach: The ocean front access was a huge plus. Chairs were easy to find however you can't use the cabanas (even for a fee) unless you stay as a royal member. The constant flow of vendors trying to sell things got irritating after awhile. The room: the first room we got was not clean. Had to call the front desk to have someone clean it. Stains on sheets, surfaces not wiped down, undergarment tags stuck to furniture. However, the next day when we asked to move to the ground floor, the FD staff accommodated us free of charge. The facilities: some of the extra areas like the theater and massage area were a bit challenging to find. Staff seemed to have a hard time giving us directions. The tequila tasting room was closed for the whole week we were here despite a sign on the door stating they would be open at 10am tomorrow. Every. Darn. Day. The Hibachi restaurant was super fun and probably the best food we had there. Jerry at the tour/towel desk was excellent. Had a good time but would pay a bit more next time and try a different resort.
