A family vacation
Stayed for two weeks and the hotel staff was very helpful to make our stay pleasant. This is a family hotel with good food and entertainment. If you like a swimming pool or easy beach access this is the place to stay. It’s also a good location to walk to many locations and restaurants in the area

I loved the hotel only one thing I rented 4 rooms and one of them for 4 people and only house keeper put one towel for 4 guests. My family asked for more towels never get them until last night. Not aceptable!! I will be more aware rooms have everything for my guests.

Lovely property in a great location. Very close to everything. The property is a little dated, but it’s still very nice. The staff is wonderful. I’ve stayed there twice and would stay there again

The staff, in all departments, were absolutely excellent. Friendly and helpful. Room was recently renovated and very clean. Great location in the heart of old Puerto Vallarta. Genuine Mexico. Great beach right in front of hotel with great beverage service. Vendors on beach very respectful. If you said “no gracious” they smiled and moved along. Would highly recommend this property.
