The property itself is amazing. The staff is courteous, the rooms are clean and well maintained, and the overall service is great. The easy access to the beach and the great dining options are a big plus. You do have to make it to the restaurants early for seating but if you don’t make it, the buffet is always a great option.

Property is located in a great spot with amazing sunset views. Several fun pools with a lively environment. Resort filled with activity options throughout the day and evening. Super clean room and common areas. Best elevator view I’ve ever experienced! Well maintained landscape. The food left a lot to be desired. Friendly bartenders who kept up with the busy bars.

Don’t ever need to do an all inclusive again
The beach and pools were nice but rooms and food was just so-so. We found better food eating street tacos than just about anything this resort served. Even the specialty restaurants were nothing great. This was our first time at a resort like this and most likely will be our last.

Pepe’s for lunch at pools was good. Bars near pools were good. Italian restaurant food was awful. All other restaurants were good Serving staff were great at all venues . Front desk staff not so much. Bellmen were good so far. Have not yet retrieved luggage from bag drop. Beds not great but good amount of space in family room with 3 beds. Bring your own hair conditioner and hand lotion and bar of soap.
