This hotel was beautiful, although I wasn’t particularly fond of the musty smell all through the halls but the room was very comfortable and clean. The maid created a different animal every day, very talented. The entertainment was very loud every night but was shut down early enough. The grounds were gorgeous and the pools were very refreshing. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

This is our 6th all-inclusive in Mexico, first in PV, (all roughly the same cost/quality) and we liked it the least. It just felt like there were fewer service workers (restaurant and beverage servers). We didn’t once receive a refill on our coffee at the breakfast buffet. There were very few beverage servers circulating the pool and beach areas. Also, most of the restaurants had a buffet aspect, even if the main course was served from a menu-and the food wasn’t stellar. And weirdly the thing that irked me was that the pool table and foosball in the sports bar required money to play! Who carries coins around an all inclusive?!?!? That being said, we did enjoy ourselves and we were randomly upgraded to a room with 3 beds which was great for our family of four with a 12 & 13 y.o. Our kids liked the beach volleyball and pool volleyball. Also, there was a nice walking path along the hotel strip and a path to walk to Bucerias (town to the North.).

Truly an unforgettable stay! The place is immaculate, food delicious, and the staff was helpful, efficient and kind. The app made it easy to take advantage of everything going on. We took our parents and 2 year old with us and it was fun for all ages. We hope to stay again!

Is a great location to take our adult kids and boyfriends. Lots of activities and food selections. Great to have a couple pool options. A busier fun pool and a quiet pool. For the price it checked all the boxes.
