The location is outstanding, featuring a spacious and stunning beach, while the rooms are well-maintained and benefit from a thoughtful turn-down service. We opted for the non-all-inclusive option, which worked well due to the abundance of nearby grocery stores. However, I did notice that the staff seemed less engaged with guests in this arrangement. Dining at the buffet can be quite costly, with breakfast and lunch priced at 499 pesos each. I would recommend exploring the many excellent restaurants in the vicinity, where you can enjoy a delightful dinner for half the price.

If you like resorts, you'll probably like this place. It's surrounded by other resorts, so even the beach feels "resort-y." The place doesn't have much of a Mexico feel; otherwise, no major complaints.

Great party hotel on the beach

A lovely place on the beach, we liked having our little kitchenette that we used all the time. Convenient to shopping, great restaurants we discovered, some within walking distance. If there is one negative, it's the "party atmosphere" which means loud noise for many hours. They did stop music and activities by around 9 pm, so no late hours to keep you awake. I say this not as a criticism, but simply as an information. This is a big resort and the partying is expected. So if you are looking for a quiet place, this is not it...Otherwise, great facility. Also, be aware that the "welcome package" you receive is not a real gift. The promised drink, meal, or whatever else is a ruse to engage you with sales of property or time. I knew this and wasted no time. When I came down and was directed to a separate desk to claim my gift, my first question to the fellow was: "Are you trying to sell me something?" When he began answering with a non-answer, I said thank you and walked away....Been there, done that. Just so you know....

The service from front desk check in and staff was terrible. Waited almost 1.5 hours to check in. Asked for Ocean view and ended up with view overlooking the front street. Could not pay in cash for restaurants or bar service. Could not charge to my room. Had to use my credit card for every transaction. Food was average at best.
