Es hat uns gefreut zu lesen, dass Sie einen angenehmen Aufenthalt bei uns genossen haben und dass unsere Lage, das gastronomische Angebot, die Sauberkeit und noch vieles mehr überzeugen konnte. Aufgrund von COVID-19 bieten wir die Reinigung der Zimmer nicht wie üblich an. Insofern eine Reinigung gewünscht ist, muss diese an der Rezeption angefragt werden. Es tut uns leid, falls es zu einem Missverständnis in dieser Hinsicht gekommen ist. Wir bedauern auch, dass Sie einige Unannehmlichkeiten mit unseren Teammitgliedern hatten.
