"Meiner Meinung nach war das Beste an dem Hotel, das Frühstück. Jedoch gibt es mehrere schlechte Dinge an dem Hotel die gestört haben. Man konnte in der Nacht alle Geräusche hören, ob es Autos waren oder die anderen Gäste. Sowie waren Flecken auffindbar auf der Bettwäsche."

"Das Westin ist alt und herunter gekommen. Wenn ich mein Geld zurück erhalten würde, ich wäre bereits am ersten Tag wieder ausgezogen. Überall ist es laut, da die Klimaanlagen und Pumpen so alt sind. Der Abfluss in der Dusche ist ekelhaft geräuschvoll. Ich war auf Langkawi in vier 5-Sterne-Hotels und das Westin war mit Abstand das schlechteste. Der einzige Lichtblick war das Zimmermädchen, die das Zimmer tadellos sauber hielt und vorzügliche Arbeit geleistet hat. Danke dafür. Der Weg zu unserem Zimmer im Haus 1 führte durch einen Verbindungsbau der an einen niedrigen Abstellraum erinnert. "

"A Perfect Holiday – It Doesn’t Get Any Better! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which truly deserves its 5 stars. Everything was perfectly organized, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, making us feel completely at home from the very beginning. The entire team was incredibly warm and attentive. We’d especially like to mention Mr. Praba, the manager, who personally ensured that all our wishes were fulfilled. His dedication and the professionalism of the entire staff were truly remarkable. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding, and great care was taken to make sure families with children felt welcome. The hotel is absolutely child-friendly, which was very important to us. Breakfast was a real highlight. There was a huge selection, and we had the option to dine in two different restaurants – one offering Asian specialties and the other serving American-style breakfast. A delight for every taste! Another great feature was the buggy service, which made it easy and comfortable to get to our room or any other area of the hotel. The pools were immaculately clean, and there were plenty of loungers, so we always had a spot to relax. All in all, it was an absolutely perfect holiday. We’re already looking forward to our next stay and would like to extend a big thank you to the entire team once again!"
