The rooms are falling apart, cockroaches and bugs in the room. We had to check our clothes for roaches every day. Most restaurants were closed. We only used two.

We liked the food options, access to the beach and everyone was genuinely being helpful and nice. Our room was spacious for 2 adults and 1 child. The sleeper sofa was incredibly uncomfortable. If were to go again, we’d book a room with 2 beds.

Fantastic family property. A ton of shows for kids every night and the castle light show at night is a great experience for kids. The pool was also AMAZING. The food is fine , drinks are good. Would definitely go back !

We LOVED this place! We stayed on the resort the whole time. No need to leave. The pools are beautiful. The beach is heavenly. The food was delicious. Rooms were the cleanest we’ve had in Punta Cana. The staff was so amazing. We loved the kids club girls, the pool entertainment guys (Jeffrey & Francis), swim up bartenders, and all the waitstaff (especially Francisco in the French restaurant & Jady at Larimar). The whole experience was top notch. We cannot wait to go back! Thank you all - you are so kind and hard working - God bless you!
