Las bebidas de muy baja calidad, siempre estaban a temperatura ambiente teniendo en cuenta el calor, la cerveza y trago corto caliente y los jugos todos tenian edulcorante que hacia que la bebida tenga un sabor terrible, la comida de muy poca calidad y nunca variaban, los panes con moscas rondando y no los cubrian Realmente no me gusto

All in all it was our first time visiting the Dominic Republic, i would have liked for staff to offer drinks on the beach instead of walking back and forth. Food could be revised so it can be improved, at a restaurant with reservations i asked for my steak medium well and i had to explain to them what it meant. They said that the cooks didnt even know how many temperatures existed? It was also my wifes birthday and i asked for a little gesture to be delivered to the room and i eveb asked hiw much? They said not to worry about it that it will be taken care of and it never arrived as promised. Drinks, pool and beach were the best overall but would not choose this humongous resort again.

We recently traveled to Punta Cana and stayed at Barcelo Bavaro adults only for our anniversary. We have stayed here previously and love the resort, beach, food and staff so we keep coming back. The following individuals made our stay extra special. Clarkson in guest services Yris mgr buffet Restaurant Nicole guest services Julio premium services Maria waitress buffet restaurant Kiana teatro waitress Myra waitress buffet restaurant Fernando taught bicycle in pool class was outstanding We were in Room 2033 which was convenient for everything Suggestions for improvement would be to have drinks and snacks available at the beach We plan on returning next year again.

The property is beautiful clean the beach is great the service at the bars wonderful we had couple of bartenders that made our stay fun but the service in some of the restaurants and the buffet was horrible most of the time we had to keep asking for water coffee and silverware and took a long time to get it or we won't get it at all. we had to still the silverware from other tables, and when you try to ask for something they will give you a bad attitude. but thanks to Lorenzo, Angelo, Eduard, and Joe that were our regular bartenders we had, and amazing time made my husband feel special for his birthday thanks to them this trip was not a total waste.

This property is by far the best we have stayed! The service, the beach, our room and the food, specially the food was fantastic! Not like all the others all inclusive which served every day the same food. At Barceló Bávaro we were treated every day with different gourmet delicious foods! We drank excellent champagne at lunch and dinner! We most definitely will comeback next year! Thank you Barceló Bávaro Beach !!

Its a nice property and seemed quite busy. The staff do their best to communicate in english as well. Regardi g the room, I got one of the swim-up rooms. It was dated and had an old musty smell like it had been locked up a while. Also, as a single traveller, I reseeved a king bedroon but got 2 full beds instead. I asked for a change but was told that no other room was available and that the housekeeper would come and push the two beds together. That is not the same. One morning the water coming from the tap was brown. Luckily, i was checking out then so i just turned the tap off and left.
