Pictures do not belong to the property. This is not a hotel or a resort. It is not in the Punta Palmera complex at Cap Cana. I arrived to check in and there was no info whatsoever about my stay. Owner listed the same property for the same dates and other guests arrived only to find a non existant penthouse with beach view. Beware and do not let yourself be tricked by this listing. I made the report to Expedia so that they take this listing down
