Let start with staff members, the best, I was treated like a queen, very clean, easy to get to places, a lot to do; the food fresh and delicious, it was fun perfect for family vacations. Only thing is if you don’t like to walk a lot this hotel is not for you. For me was perfect part of my walking routine.

Beautiful clean resort, and staff very friendly. The main pool doesn’t have a swim up bar, but there was always staff around to get drinks. The food was ok, buffet had large selection of food but fairly bland, and meat always dry. The restaurants were very nice we tried the Mexican, Italian, Steak house and the Japanese. Our favourite was the experience at the Japanese one. Entertainment at the resort was not the best. Not much on the go during the day, and the nightly shows at the theatre were mediocre. We enjoyed our stay but probably wouldn’t return.

The food at the buffet is very bad, the employees always look annoyed and bothered. At the buffet there was a night we weren’t even offered any beverages or acknowledged, yet there were a lot of waiters just gossiping amongst themselves. Getting service by the pool or beach is impossible. It doesn't matter if you tip well, they just don't care. You walk to the end of the hotel to go to the children's park or any entertainment which is about a 10 minute walk. Room service is bad. The heat throughout the hotel is stifling due to the lack of air conditioning and rarely running fans. Overall, the discomfort caused by these issues made our stay very unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone; it’s a waste of money considering the lack of basic amenities and poor management of essential services. Look elsewhere for a more comfortable and enjoyable vacation experience. I’m convinced that they only have these high ratings because they force you to rate them as they’re standing there watching you. I refused when they asked me.

This resort exceeded ALL expectations. Not sure how anyone can leave a bad review because everything about it is amazing. The staff , the food, the vibe, the drinks , the pools and all the entertainment!
