The hotel itself is beautiful. The service is amazing. Something the hotel should try is maybe partnering up with Helados Bon. Also, the pools close to early.

I loved my stay here, from check in to check out everything went great and smooth. The food was incredible and the atmosphere of the resort was amazing. The night shows were great and the people that work there were so friendly and helpful. 10/10 stay! Rooms were always cleaned and everything felt safe always.

The property it self was beautiful. But i paid 150 dollar more for swim up room and there was water leaking from ceiling and piece the ceiling fell down. The fridge did not keep ohr babies milk cold at all when i mentioned to front desk they said thats how resot fridges are nothing they can do. The staff never had a smile on there face out of all the times did not tip one time at bar cause i was soaking wet with no money. The girl at bar made a face and said something under her breath. There was barlwy ac on cause the leak.

We loved every single minute of our stay here! The property is absolutely stunning! The staff makes you feel at home and everyone is friendly, welcoming and helpful! The food is to die for!! Stayed in a swim up room, and it was fantastic. Staff was great. Food standouts were the Asian and Italian restaurants. Room service was a bit iffy with our breakfast on the two times we ordered. But overall, everything was excellent.
