Ohne Hilfe kann Unterkunft unmöglich gefunden werden. Zugangscode funktionierte für die erste Nacht nicht, weshalb wir im Auto/auf der Strasse übernachten mussten. Apartment ist nicht sauber geputzt, Küchenutensilien laden nicht zum Benützen ein. Wohnung riecht nicht angenehm/schimmelig. Schöner Balkon und Pool zum benutzen.
