This resort is sold so no real need for a review as its in the last 30 days before becoming a Dreams. Pros- amazing staff. Very clean. Great pool. Good food overall. Loved our bartenders Alexis and Manny. Cons- zero beach. Loud kids even on the adiults only side. Landshark Brewery is NOT a brewery.

The beach was unusable. I had to walk to the next resort. My mom and aunt couldnt go with me because they have sciatica and the walk would have been too much. Maybe the resort should accommodate transportation to the Hyatt beach area that guest were able to use.

The staff is extremely friendly, the steakhouse, Japanese restaurants can do better food was NOT the best. the Run Runner and Italian restaurant highly recommend . Room service very good and in time. Didn’t like the fact that the hotel was offering premium drinks at a price, I believe that if you are an all inclusive just offer what’s included at the bars and restaurants, you can sell at the shop. The beach is horrible!!!!!!!

The staff was amazing! Everything about them was perfect. One huge complaint I had about this property is that air conditioner hardly ever worked. Extremely hot in the room most of the time. We also didn’t have water for several hours our second to last day. They told us they’d check on the AC issue, but nothing was done. Don’t think we’ll be coming back to this resort.

Staff was wonderful and everybody took care of me and they made me special, especially in that Italian restaurant. He made sure that I enjoyed my birthday because I was alone and I decided to come to this resort. I had a great time and I’m coming back to spend my vacation. This was just a weekend thing, and I thought it was the best thing I could’ve ever done and I think the staff at Margaritaville for making sure my birthday was a pleasant one thank you

Was our first time visiting Margaritaville, was not very impressed. Our room was supposed to be an ocean view but was more like a pool view. You were unable to go into the ocean at the resort due to the debris and rocks. There was only 2 restaurants outve the 10 that were open each night because it was “off season”. Overall, the amount we paid to come here, was very upsetting with what we got.

We stayed for 10 days and wish we stayed for 4-5 in all honesty. Rooms are nice, staff friendly, restaurants with nice decor and super large pool. Food was not great and super limited dining options at night (most closed). Most people at resort got sick at least 1 day from food (including myself and partner on separate days). Pool is large, but don’t bring anything with white or it will stain yellow (pool floats and two swim trunks). Also it is not adults only. Only one pool is adults only. Kids stay on both sides and eat at all restaurants. Also, new ownership and I bet it will not be Margaritaville in 1-2 years. Overall, go elsewhere since this would be super low on resorts for us and we go to 2-3 all inclusive per year for last 5-6 years.

We're still on a high from this amazing stay in late May/early June 2024. Absolutely loved our time here in a honeymoon beachfront swim-up suite. The grounds, pools, and rooms were very clean and lovely. We especially enjoyed the beach views, swim-up access, and shower/tub area. What made this say extra special was the amazing staff! Everyone was very kind and accommodating, starting before we even left! A special shoutout to Monika who went out of her way to make everything perfectly special. Her attention to detail was bar none and we really appreciated this and her! Can't wait to return!!
