Great trip and a nice new property. Food was decent although some were better than others. Coco Cafe was available 24 hours a day which was nice. Pools and property were kept very clean. Beach was clean however there are some rocks in the preferred side of the beach to watch out for in the water.

The place is incredible great to have a quality time with your love. We had a great time. Some of the employee who We want to mention are El Profeta and Derwin at the entertainment area; also Roxana , Marisol and Jennifer at Coco Cafe were giving us a great service the whole week. I really recommend this place.

We can never go back to staying at any hotel or resort less than Secrets Tides Punta Cana. Incredible resort. Very relaxing. Top notch food at Tierra and Teppanyaki. Carmen at the market cafe was so helpful and friendly.

Don’t book unless you’re looking for a quiet place, don’t upgrade to preferred because there’s no such thing as preferred. Definitely not worth it. They charge so much for something you don’t get to enjoy.

Secrets Tides was amazing. It was our 4th Secrets property and they never disappoint. Amazing tranquility and customer service. The staff made our stay amazing especially Christie & Vasquez at the rendezvous lobby bar, Edward, Alberly & Sandy at the sugar reef swim up pool bar. Enrique made everything seamless for out check in & out, while concierge always followed up and checked in with us every other day during our stay. Also special shoutout to Adrian From VIP services for being very understanding during our sit down & also To Amstar for helping us book an amazing excursion to Saona Island. I could go on forever but Secrets is where I will always find myself on future vacations. Top Tier.

I have been to many Secrets properties, mainly in Mexico, and was once a big advocate for the brand. However, this is my review of this particular property: The property itself is nice and new, but we had several issues during our stay: - Food Poisoning (Salmonela): On our first night, we got food poisoning and had to visit the on-site doctor at 4 AM because it was unbearable. This cost us over $350 USD. As a result, we couldn't enjoy our honeymoon. My wife was still sick two weeks after our return. - Inconsistent Food Quality:The food was very inconsistent across all restaurants. It ranged from good to terrible and even dangerous for our health (Salmonela). I had to return several dishes because they were either not good, not cooked, or looked old. The chefs and servers seemed indifferent and often had an attitude. - Staff Attitude:While some staff members were good, the majority seemed unhappy and were often heard complaining to each other (I speak Spanish and could understand their conversations). They appeared bothered by their work. - Mosquito Bites:During our romantic beach dinner, which cost an extra $250, I was bitten by mosquitoes and developed large rashes all over my face. Upon returning to the US, I had to visit urgent care. This is my honest review.
