This resort is very unsafe. Our money was stolen out of the safe by staff. Security knows who did it, nothing was done about it. We were told we would be refunded for our last night because we left and booked somewhere else, we still have not received a refund. Also sliding door was able to open from inside and out while "LOCKED" with little to no effort. We were on the bottom floor with the swim out pool. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL!

The service is excellent, the hotel staff is phenomenal, very cordial, respectful even affectionate, security is excellent, Jordan Cayetano was always attentive to my wife and I, he was very friendly with us. The food was delicious and the service was very good. My wife and I are going to make arrangements to return very soon. Thanks to all the hotel staff.

Beautiful property! However, there was not a lot of A/C in the restaurants and other areas making it difficult to enjoy meals. We were not given a tour at check in which we were supposed to get, making the it challenging to navigate the property the first couple of nights. Most staff was friendly. Additionally, there was a lot of conflicting information between staff in terms of where to dine, dining hours, etc. thus my mom and I had to problem solve or ask a lot on our own. Moreover, we were told to download an application to see all events going on, we were only able to see a couple. Definitely recommend the live music, OCEAN buffet, and the market for breakfast on the adults only side. P.S. If you need transportation to the airport have the hotel call you a taxi and you can request credit card machines in case you don’t want to or do not have cash to pay with.

It was pretty and clean. Very new hotel. But need to pick up in service at the restaurants. We were a group of 7 and it was always a issue to put tables together for us. Also restaurants were empty and still didnt acommodate you if you didnt reserve. That was impressive to see.

DO NOT GO HERE! The pictures are exactly as IS. However, its the stuff you do not see. My friends and I got stuck in the elevator with no ventilation, the emergency buttons do not work, and WIFI did not work. Then my friend got stuck in here room and door had to be taken off to get her out. The guest service manager Josephine was extremely rude and not helpful. The mini fridge in my room was changed twice and items continued to be HOT!! The food choices are horrible and no tasty. We literally had to travel off the resort to purchase over $200 worth of food before we were able to enjoy a meal. I have been to DR many times and never had I have these issues.

This property was beautiful and the staff made the experience a 10/10. Our only complaint was the bed linens quality and the frequency in which they were changed. We stayed 5 nights and never had fresh sheets in addition to minor staining when we first arrived. Besides that, the staff, food, and atmosphere was incredible and we will be back.
