Estuve 6 dias en este hotel y realmente tengo que decir que todo estuvo muy bien, un excelente servio y atención por parte del peronal, limpieza a tiempo de ñas habitaciones y con calidad, un ambiente muy agradable en todas las áreas, en la zona de la playa, hay lugar con buena sombra si eres de los que no les gusta el sol pero si prefieren estar en la playa. Tuve la oportunidad de convesar con el gerente del hotel y me resultó una persona muy agradable, gracias por dedicarme unos minutos, al igual al responsable de redes, a elllos les dije lo que a mi parecer debían trabajar que no tiene sentido decir aquí porque en definitivas no cambia mi gran opinión que tengo del hotel y de mi grata estancia en el mismo y pienso que tampoco al resto de los huéspedes,es que soy muy observador. Gracias Hotel Serenade por hacer que mis vacaciones sean fabulosas.

Problem with room keys as we had to go on two different days, three times to front desk for help to access the room, and did not work any time. Even when we explain what had happen the first time, they just did not solve the problem and it took us almost 45 minutes each time to reenter the room. The front desk is very far from the rooms.

The resort was great, definitely a 10/10. I highly recommend. It’s family friendly but still gave adult vibes. There were plenty of food options & drinks, Cafe Terezza was my favorite! This was my first time in the Dominican Republic & Senerade made it the great. Also, shout out to check in, it was easy & fast, Tony checked us in & he deserves a raise. Thank you Senerade, I’ll be seeing you soon.

I would love to give the serenade a higher review, the property itself was beautiful, the massage was amazing, the pool and beach were in beautiful shape ( other then the seaweed on the beach ) but the deciding factors here where the food and the staff, the food was awful, some of the worst food I’ve had at a all inclusive, almost inedible most places, the steakhouse was by far the worst, grey unseasoned random pieces of meat. The staff was very very rude ( other then Nancy and Jonathan at the sports bar who where by far the best ) . I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for a all inclusive, we were woken up every single day at 9 am by the cleaning staff trying to clean our room even if we had the do not disturb sign on the door and we are already 4 hours ahead of our usual time. People on the beach constantly trying to sell you things and harrasing you. There was also construction going on so there was always a loud banging by and around our room. The staff did not seem like they cared about anyone but themselves taking there time, talking bad about costumers in Spanish so much else. I personally like to read into the reviews of places before I go and Im disappointed I didn’t listen to myself about the bad reviews. I wouldn’t recommend the serenade Punta Cana to anyone that wants a nice relaxing worry free vacation.

The property says it has casino and it does not. I paid for my entire stay, nothing to do with presentations, and from the minute we arrive they harease you too much to get you to do a presentation. This part was not acceptable. I understand they have to approach guest and offer this bit it should be to a limit.

The beach is not great compared to the beach at the main part of Punta Cana. It’s worth it to stay at a place closer to the nicer beach
