This massive property has lots of great amenities with shuttle/golf cart service to help drive you to every corner. Food was decent, recommend booking your resturants when you get there as they book up fast. Resort and beach were clean and drink pours were generous. Lobby bar has the best drinks ! The service from the staff was excellent. Shout out to our butler Norielis who was so detail oriented, considerate and flexible with managing all kinds of request and helping us smoothly navigate through the resort. Would recommend to bring some bug spray as lots of mosquitos at times.

We upgraded to swim out room and loved the ability to wind down at night in the pool. Pools were open late around property. We had Rodney as out butler and he went above and beyond every day for us.

Our honeymoon was an amazing experience at TRS Turquesa! The staff were incredibly friendly and our Butler Rodney was an excellent host and made us feel special every step of the way. It was a bigger property, but they had ready shuttles throughout the day and night when u needed it. Longest we waited was 15 mins. Several pools in relation to your room, several eating locations were in walking distances, u may have to use a trolley for some restaurants that were spread out over the property. Lots of entertainment, though most were more spanish based so brush up on your skills, though its not mandatory.

We’re just back from our trip. This property was very well kept, very clean. Drivers were often available to take you anywhere you didn’t want to walk to. A little disappointed because they didn’t seem to be very much activity at night, most things were at the other resorts. It’s nice that you’re assigned your own butler when you check in. We were with another couple so he was constantly reaching out to them so unless I got my information from her, I didn’t get it until they started reaching out to me because we stayed a few extra days. I thought they could’ve done better advertising activities that were going on. There was a sign near the pool, but I didn’t even see that and it’s so tiny. It’s very hard to read. On the activity committee could’ve been talking up the evening plans more, but I didn’t seem they were . I love that. The shops were right next-door to the resort on the beach where you could go and get souvenirs at a bit of a discounted price and you can haggle with the vendors. The language barrier is very difficult. I don’t speak Spanish, but many of them did not understand any English, which I find very odd. I’m sure there’s many English-speaking people that come there in a year and you don’t understand any was interesting. The food wasn’t that great. We ended up spending most of our time at the buffet. While it was nice very well kept the staff was very personable. I probably wouldn’t go back there. We’ve been to several resorts. Seem to have more to offer.

Property is beautiful and the rooms are roomy. There was a bit of an ant problem, but it was bearable. The staff was very friendly. Lots of a la carte food choices, but have to stay on top of making reservations.
