Great Location for a trip to ile d'orleans
The place was clean and it was easy to get in and out with the codes. Its close to a couple wineries which was nice. Its decorated nice and the deck to relax on was a bonus. Things to be aware This apartment is near the front door so you will hear the heavy main door open and close anytime someone enters The beds were very firm. I found them uncomfortable but that may be a preference. There was not many glasses to use 3 regular glasses and 3 wine glasses. One bedroom does not have a door but a curtain.

Condos neufs sur l'ile d'Orléans was wonderful
I have so much positive to say I'm not sure where to begin. We stayed here March 6-8, 2022. Beds were very comfortable. Lounge area with couch and TV was very comfortable. All very clean. Very large and comfortable bedroom. Quality of all is very good including bathroom and kitchen furnishings. Indoor parking was a huge plus. I was a little bit disoriented due to international travel and exhaustion which might have been a factor in my challenges with host contacts. It wasn't a really big problem. Staying on the island is ideal. We had lots of great quality contact with local residents. The drive over the big bridge to Quebec City is scary if you are afraid of heights, but we loved it. This unit is on the ground level and is noisy from 5-8 am as residents wake and head to work, but I think that is very reasonable. My daughter who slept in the exterior-facing bedroom notices no noise like this. I slept in the hallway-facing bedroom and noticed the noise. Next time we visit this area we would love to stay in this unit again. Thank you so much for your wonderful hosting.

l'unité est spacieuse et globalement en très bon état et propre, le divan du salon se convertit facilement en lit, et on obtient ainsi 3 grands lits confortables. C'est facile d'entrer et sortir avec les codes (pas de crainte de perdre une clef), il est aussi facile de stationner. La salle de bain est spacieuse et confortable. On a apprécié que la télé soit connectée à un compte netflix. Sinon, la cuisine pourrait être un petit peu mieux équipée (nous n'avons pas trouvé de râpe - faire un souper de pâtes est assez de base selon nous ;) ), il y a de la place pour 6 personnes pour dormir, mais seulement 4 chaises à la table (nous sommes une famille de 5, et l'un d'entre nous a dû s'organiser avec une table du salon). Ça serait vraiment un gros d'avoir du mobilier sur le balcon - 2 fauteuils et une table d'appoint feraient l'affaire, pour un moment de détente à l'extérieur.

Beau loft sympathique à louer
Les informations en francais pour l'accès au loft sont arrivées 2 heures après l'heure de prise de possession. C'est un peu problématique. Il manquait de serviettes à main et débarbouillettes. A part ca, le loft est très propre, bien éclairé et situé de facon stratégique. Le grand balcon est aussi très intéressant pour passer de beaux moments en soirée. Il n'a pas la vue sur le fleuve mais tout de même à recommander. Merci à l'hôte!
