It's ok but we'll try another place next time
Room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Bed was springy and hard (you shouldn't feel the other person move in a king bed). Not soundproof; we could hear the kids screaming from the room across the hall. Breakfast was ok, typical eggs and meat, bread or waffles. Renovated but wallpaper already looks tired.

Desk staff was great!.... Room good except for a small area near the TV with a dozen dry blood spots, which I wiped with a damp towel and threw it in the trash, as my dog is with me and might lick it.

We were looking for a pet friendly hotel and this hotel was awesome. It was very clean and so comfortable and accommodating for our dogs. We have saved it as a favourite in our travels and told our family.

Nice and comfortable stay
We had a nice and comfortable stay in this hotel. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Location is good. A short drive from downtown. Breakfast was nice and fresh but they offered the same menu every day. So they could include some more variety in the breakfast. Overall experience was good. Would definitely recommend others to stay here while visiting Quebec City.
