The shower is so small I could not fit in it. Our toilet did not work for the first night. Had to move to another room.
Laurie was fantastic. Great service with the facility she had to work with.
Difficult parking. Very thin walls; I could hear everything from the next room. They woke me up several times. The sink was stopped up. The shower entrance was the width of 2 toothbrushes-I measured.. You cannot be overweight and fit in that shower.
But…the location was PERFECT
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It is within walking distance of cafes, the boardwalk and a lot of fun activities. Only thing to watch out for is there is no elevator. This wasn't a problem for us as we love walking. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Very cute little hotel right in the heart of Old Quebec. Very clean and comfortable beds. There is no parking at the hotel but there are some within walking distance.

Fantastic location right next to Chateau Frontenac. Parking very close to hotel.
Could use some touchups in the rooms especially bathrooms.
Rooms were nice, old stone walls, espresso machine in the lobby. First email said we wouldn't have housekeeping but they were there at least twice.
Very convenient location at a great price.
The space was incredibly cramped, especially the bathroom. The sink was hard to use, and the shower was so tiny that I could barely fit inside (I'm 5'7" and 52 kilos). The building was very old and didn't seem or feel clean at all.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was an okay size, however there were exposed wiring and wall sockets, and I found 2 long black hairs in the bed, and there was a red mark on the duvet. There was also a black mark on one of the towels, and the floor wasn't vacuumed before my stay. So it didn't feel very clean.
Location is great, right next to the Fairmont, close to restaurants and Dufferin Terrace.
Overall the hotel was fine for a one night stay.

Shower area is really tiny. You can just stand and unable to move. I don’t think tall man can take a shower there.
The convenience to the myriad of restaurants and shopping can’t be beat . Located in essentially the same footprint of the Chateau Frontenac! A perfect location for a short getaway!

The location is amazing. The staff greeting you is really nice. The « living room » at the entrance is just great. I was super positive about my entry.
My single room looked like a bad reality show project. I was warned the size of the room was limited and was ok with that. So many things in that room needs a handy man fixing it.
The toilet paper holder was holding in for its dear life, the sink faucet was about to fall apart, the vent over the shower was blocked by years of dust, the view from the room onto a balcony that had not been swept for years with the sad Santa looking at you. The wires from the tv all over the place. It could have been a nice night but it was just depressing. Nothing like the pictures from the hotel website. I left early it was better to be outside than inside.
Nice view of the park. Great location near the water front and historic Old Quebec. Comfortable beds and great AC. Easy check in and check out

The room was nice and roomy. I was concerned about clean bedsheets. The bathroom was disappointing, it was very small, the toilet paper hanger was broken and the hook on the door was gone. Front desk open on limited hours.
