The room was basic and a little worn. The main light switch is to a lamp when we arrived that lamp had a burned out lightbulb, which I asked for be replaced but was never addressed.

The entrance & common areas of the hotel looked a little run down. The superior room was quite nice. The shower was great & the bed was comfortable . The hotel is across the street from a gas station so not as quint as I hoped it would be.

The location was excellent and the room was very clean. The room was spacious however didn’t have enough electrical sockets. The hall/stair carpet needs a refresh. Otherwise, a good stay.

Wonderful stay! The hotel was in a convenient location that was walkable to many shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and the establishment was very cute and quaint. Quiet at night.

Walking distance from everything you would like to see in old quebec. Would recommend staying here. Important to note that a 25$ cleaning fee per day is going to be charged at the reception and parking is 19.99 tax for every 24h (the hotel does not have parking they are affiliated with a parking close by)

Excellent hotel on the edge of the Old Town area. Walking around was fun. My only suggestion for them is to provide instructions for coffee pot and put out a tray of pastries to make a light start for the day. Only one nearby place at 7:30 am and they have no bakery stuff.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Le Saint-Paul. Wonderful location, very friendly and helpful staff and the room was comfortable and clean and very affordable. I highly recommend this Hotel for a stay in Quebec City.
