To arrive adter 10 pm, you get your key out of a box using a code. The box is VERY hard to open-- I had to call the emergency # to get tips. Lovely peaceful hotel in a great neighborhood. Cleverly updated to modern standards, but keeps the warmth and charm.

Awesome location in Quebec City
What a great price. What an amazing location! What fantastic service! My wife and I did a weekend trip to Quebec City and this hotel was perfect. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout the whole time we were there. It was walking distance to soo many local attractions. We look forward to returning.

This reasonably priced hotel was quiet and had an excellent and very helpful front desk staff. Our room was very spacious and well appointed. It was a very short walk to the Chateau Frontenac and to the bus stop for the Hop On Hop Off tour. A huge breakfast at an very reasonable price was available on the lower level. The rooftop Terrace offered striking views. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for us after completing a cruise for a 3 night stay. Rooms were nice other than the floors needed a better cleaning. Our white socks didn't stay that way. Location was ideal for daily walking trips around the city. Front steps are a little wicked but there is a rear entrance at ground level that made it better but it was a little inconvenient. Enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Perfect place to stay in Quebec City. Everything you need is within a 15 min radius. The hotel building itself was very old but the entire inside was refurbished. The basement lounge was very nice and the rooftop deck was amazing. We had a wonderful view of a park, riverwalk and the Chateau Frontenac out our window.

Such a cute little boutique hotel! My room was exceptional! I had the Romantic River View room looking out to a park with the boardwalk and river beyond. Separate free standing tub + shower. Everything very modern. Chateau Frontenac is right next door. Everything within walking distance. Loved it!!
