What a charming hotel situated on a quiet street within the ramparts and yet very close to all of the restaurants & shops! The staff was always super-friendly & super-helpful and the room was comfortable with modern amenities and old-world charm. Well be back!.

Be careful if booking through a site like Expedia. The hotel has no elevator. I missed the email sent after I completed my booking. Ended up on fourth floor in extremely small room. Four flights of stairs at 60 years of age is a bit much.

Although the property was a few hundred years old its current day convieneces and updates were appreciated. Pleasant staff and the hotel's proximity to downtown Quebec City made this hotel a choice to be considered.
