You guys are the best!!! Best service!! Best location!!!! Best drinks, meaning PIMS!!! Best staff!!! We had the time of our lives in Queenstown at Crowne Plaza Hotel. Locations is perfect for everything. Close to many bars and restaurants. Close to excursion pickups. The staff got to know us and we enjoyed their company!!! LOVE YOU CROWNE PLAZA HOTEL!!!!

The hotel is in a great location and our first two nights were amazing, however, after returning from a Milford Sound overnight trip, our third night in the hotel was less than average. We were given a room facing the side of the hotel on a dirty patio. We also asked for a noon checkout and were granted it but shortly after 11:00 we had a mock on our door requesting we vacate the room asap. Not exactly what we were hoping for and the hotel definitely could do better.

Great Location and Comfort

Great location and comfortable room. Room was on first floor about the restaurant, but that's what you get with hotels dot com. Otherwise, really nice hotel.

Property was clean and the staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was good but there are better options around town. If we were to visit Queenstown again it would definitely be one of our options as its location is perfect for access to the town.

Great location in the center of the Queenstown. With views to the Wakatipu Lake. Very good service from the staff. It is an expensive accommodation especially during the Christmas and New year's festivities. The hotel's restaurant food needs improvement, especially the pizzas. Overall, a very good experience.
