Nice comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and the facility is well looked after. The toilets are a bit old but that and paid parking are the only downsides to an otherwise great facility with a beautiful lake view! Highly recommended.

great location. at first they arranged us to room that had smell like someone has vomitted before, and after noticed them, the staff changed room for us quickly. family room is bigger than hotels we stayed before at christchurch. and i love their body soap, body cleanser. i kept it back to australia with me. and you have to pay $15 for parking.

Would definitely stay here again. Just a 15 minute walk to Queenstown centre, lovely views and staff were helpful. The room was a very good size and had everything I needed. The sauna and hot tub also make it a great place to stay.
