Construction going on around the property makes it for a noisy sleep, what made it worse was that the ventilation the was terrible, it was a hot and stuffy night, barely able to fall asleep due to the heat in the room. No windows to ventilate the area and small fan provided was very noisy which mean we couldn't leave it on the whole night. We did end up having to slightly leave the door open so some air could come in. Not sure how it would go during summer when its going to be even hotter. The small freezer was totally iced solid even an ice cube tray was stuck in there impossible to get out so we couldn't use it. The location was near enough to town to walk but it was still easily a 15mins walk. Bed was okay, pillows were too soft like it needs changing. Cooking facilities were provided by just a simple hot plate, i would not cook in the room though as there is no ventilation. All in all, would I stay here again? Probably not.

Great location easy walk to town centre. Size of room was great for 4 adults with small kitchenette. View from our room of the lake was beautiful. Easy parking onsite.

There were very noisy & busy roadworks outside the property which would have been known about when we booked. Fair enough, roads have to mended & improved but we should have been told about it. They went on all night and if we had been told we would have stayed somewhere else. Reception staff were also rude & unhelpful.
