Overall ws good, only problem is that our sooms where too close to the are where the breakfast and snack at served on the 7th floor, so we would here noice late and early.

The staff are really exceptional…Especially Ms Teresita really went above and beyond for all of the many requests we made of her. The hotel is very well kept, very clean and really great rooms. The food offered here at the hotel was always delicious and top Quality. I highly recommend HS Hotsson Queretaro.

I felt very safe and comfortable! Service was very good and staff was friendly professional and polite . Only one small observation is that the pool could be a little cleaner and give better maintenance but it was still enjoyable.
