Hotel Hacienda El Salitre was impecable in hopitality. The staff was friendly, professional and provided with attention at all times. The restaurant and hotel grounds provided me with inspiration and delite. Breakfast at their courtyard was wonderful. It is a full culinary experience and attention to service. I look forward to coming back

Poca atención al detalle.
La habitación está en mal estado por deterioro. Había plaga en la viguería (encontramos termitas adultas en las sábanas, y huevecillos en las toallas. el cortinero se desprendió de la puerta al abrir para ventilar. Ambos días nos tocó ruido inmediatamente fuera de nuestra ventana, lo cual es poco pertinente para un hotel spa a las 8 de la mañana. Adicionalmente, el restaurante cierra temprano los domingos. Es evidente que el servicio de hospedaje es accesorio (en especial para eventos sociales), y la fortaleza de este sitio es el servicio de restaurante en fines de semana. La atención al cliente es buena, y estéticamente es agradable, sin embargo no lo recomiendo, ni coincido en las calificaciones que le dan a este lugar.

2 cosas importantes a mi manera de ver, la habitación, sobre todo el baño, muy obscuros, esto sabiendo que es hacienda. Lo segundo, la basura que genera el hotel se aprecia porque está expuesta a un costado del estacionamiento.
