Tuvimos muy mala experiencia, el servicio es muy malo y la actitud de los que están en recepción es malísima, te tratan mal y te responden groseros. Tienen poco personal y no dan buena atención. Por mi están reprobados y no vuelvo a ese hotel, además de caro mal servicuo

El servicio y el hotel están muy bien, lo que está terrible es que no hay aire acondicionado y ponen un enfriador que no sirve, la gente que trabaja ahí muy bien el servicio muy bueno pero no se puede estar en el hotel por el calor que es insoportable

Encontré una chinche en la cama y le picó a la persona que me acompañaba, la verdad fue una experiencia terrible, hablamos con el gerente y nos ayudo con lavar la ropa pero sinceramente no regreso a esa estancia
