Amazing two bedroom ground floor apartment

The newly built ground floor apartment (June 2013) is characterized by a unique style, with modern and well-kept interiors. The apartment is located in a residential area of Marina di Ragusa, about 300 meters from the beach and the centre. The apartment has separate access and has a large veranda equipped with table and chairs, where you can relax in complete serenity and enjoy meals in the shade. It also has a spacious and bright living room-kitchen, equipped with a 32'' LED TV and sofa with large windows. The kitchenette is complete with gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, as well as a bathroom with shower. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hot/cold air conditioning in the living room and in the 2 bedrooms. This accommodation is recommended for those who want to stay in a quiet and peaceful area, away from the chaos of the city, but very close to the center and the beaches of Marina di Ragusa. It is ideal for a beach holiday with family or friends to enjoy a relaxing stay, in a refined residential area and with the comforts of a super-equipped apartment. In front of the entrance to the building there is a large public car park.



Guests will be independent in their apartment and will not share other spaces except the entrance and the staircase to access. They can take advantage of a large free public car park located in front of the structure or they can reserve a garage for €5 per night.

The tourist tax imposed by the Municipality of Ragusa equal to €0.75 night/person is not included in the total balance, calculated only for the first 7 nights, exclusive for over 12s. It will be paid by card or cash at check-in.

The house is 300 meters from the beach and the promenade of Marina di Ragusa (the promenade is the centre) where there are bars and restaurants. The area is quiet and away from the chaos of the night clubs. On foot it is possible to reach a minimarket, the bakery, the butcher's shop, the fruit and vegetable shops which are all located around the main square (which is about 500 meters from the apartment). The main supermarket in Marina di Ragusa is in the suburban area and is about 1.5 km away, so a car is recommended (even if they still go on foot in some cases)

You can reach the centre, bars and the beach in 5 minutes on foot. The areas of attraction, throughout the Val di Noto, can be reached by car. It is possible to take buses to destinations such as Punta Secca, Ragusa and Ragusa Ibla.
