About this property

Entire place

You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Short walk to bars, restaurants, shopping and UNC campus!

We are UNC alum who love Chapel Hill and know that you will love this charming 3-bedroom apartment that is within walking distance of any UNC landmark. The apartment is just a hop, skip, and jump from Pantana Bobs, Med Deli, 411 West, Carolina Brewery, Panera, and Target. Also, the apartment is less than a mile from Weaver Street market in Carrboro in one direction and TOPO, He’s Not Here, and the Carolina Coffee Shop in the other direction. A little farther, but a beautiful walk through campus takes you to the iconic Old Well, UNC Student Stores, the Pit, Kenan Stadium, The Dean Smith Center, and UNC Hospitals.

Parking is on-site, but there is only ONE PARKING SPOT for the apartment. On weekday evenings after 5 pm you may pay to park across the street at the UNC IT Services building, or for no cost on Saturdays and Sundays. EXCEPTION— home football game days when there is no parking in university lots without a pass.

Walk up the stairs or take the elevator to the 3rd-floor apartment with a full kitchen and beautiful rooftop patio for reading, catching up with friends, or just enjoying the Carolina blue skies.

This apartment is something you would have thought was the best place to live as a college student—clean, has all the basics you need, and is close to all the action without driving.

Fantastic spot to explore Chapel Hill
Very convenient location one block away from Franklin Street. It’s on the top floor (3rd floor) and has both an elevator and stairs up. Was very quiet while we were there. We would book again!

Girls Weekend
This was a terrific place for a long weekend with girlfriends but I would also stay with my family. Only downside was 1 bathroom but we made it work. The place was perfectly located, clean and met all our needs.

Very convenient location with walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Condo is small with no upstairs bath or half bath . Indeed the upstairs appears to be a small storage area that has been modified to be a 3rd bedroom. There are few cooking utensil and what there were still dirty from the last occupant. There about 5 steak knive only with no other pots or cutting utensils, no storage containers or boilers, salt and pepper only in spices. One mustcome prepared to not receive any support in meal prep. We were given 2 bath towels, no wash cloths and one hand towel for our 3 person group. Granted we only booked 2 weeks in advance. Great host and stay!!
We came to UNC for a lacrosse camp for our teenagers. Loved the location! The house was clean and comfortable. The hostess was immediately responsive and accommodating when we asked for a bit of an extension for checkout. Great place to stay!,

Perfect stay
Five members of my family came from out-of-town for Thanksgiving and stayed in this nice condo. We live in downtown Chapel Hill and its location was a mere 6 minute drive so was terrific for our needs. They all spoke highly of the space and are eager to return to take advantage of the outdoor area when the weather is warmer. The proximity to restaurants and entertainment was noted too. I was told that the mattresses were really comfortable, the place was clean, and the time spent there was quite enjoyable. As the owner noted, the parking space is narrow so be careful. You might want to bring some extra blankets. Highly recommend.

Great Homecoming Weekend
GREAT location for walking anywhere Franklin Street or UNC campus. We did not get a chance to use the rooftop patio but would’ve been a great place to socialize outside. It had everything we needed and the host was easy to contact. Parking spot is narrow but Krista gave a great suggestion to pull in through the other side. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is ok. No wifi. One TV in entire 3 bedroom unit. Fridge with no ice or ice maker. Dirty laundry of the previous guest outside our door for entire 3-night stay. Parking is a ridiculously tiny spot between two brick columns. Good location but plenty of better options in the area.

Nice property, great location!
Very clean! We stayed two nights and found everything to be wonderful for what we needed. There are three bedrooms but one doesn’t have a closet, so we kept our hanging clothes upstairs. The rooftop deck was a great addition! Beds were comfy but they are smaller. We would certainly book again.

Good Overall Stay
Condo was very clean and nice. The balcony is a good place to hang out in the evenings. Only problem we had was the exact condo number and parking spot weren’t disclosed at first but other than that it was very good.

Checks all the boxes you didn’t know you needed
Plan was originally to stay at the AC Hotel down the street. So happy we needed the extra space and found this gem. Absolutely felt like a home away from home especially on a chilly rainy weekend, sad we weren’t able to really enjoy the rooftop but indoors was lovely. We ended up only having 3 guests so we each got our own room and wide range of the space. Very much came in handy when one girl needed to make some phone calls for work and we weren’t crammed into a hotel room. I kept finding myself raving about this spot to other friends that stayed in hotels and while we were relaxing and getting ready for going out. Check in was a breeze, I couldn’t find the apartment number but the host was very fast to respond and just before she did I saw the laundry bag for sheets hanging on the door as the host stated prior to checking in. There is a lock box for the key, along with 3 other lock boxes so maybe a marking would help id it but also wasn’t a big deal to try them all. The parking space is as small as the owner warned. The smaller car was able to park there just fine, midsized Subaru. I parked my Honda Crosstour across the street in the public parking lot, free parking on the weekends. No hassle at all. The location is perfect, so close to many great food options on Franklin and Rosemary (pro tip: order ahead for Brandwein’s Bagels). Also very convenient for going out, easy walk to and from popular bars. Beware that the GPS may take you just down the street for some reason, happened to both my friend and myself. Happy I am somewhat familiar with the area so I figured it out relatively quickly and informed my friend. Would stay here again, will check to see if it’s available next year when I’m back in Chapel Hill.
